Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Waited for over 30 minutes for help after asking 3 different times for help. Then my son and I decided to just try and carry a 106 pound hot water heater. After paying I was told someone would put it in my car waited 10 more minutes GUESS WHAT NO ONE SHOWED UP! This was my first and only time ever in that store!
Employees are useless, no help at all. They don't seem to care.
Employees yelling, dropping the f-bombs, threatening one another. Guys walking around with no shirts. People strolling around with dogs(clearly not service dogs). It's getting to be a little too much. Clean up your act or I will find somewhere else.
I love Home Depot, but I'm shopping online for Portable Air Condioners & can't find a thing or compare prices, I'm ready to buy, but I need to shop from home right now.
I went there looking for information on gun safes and Brenton was very knowledgable and helpful, he even went looking for me at the checkout register to tell me about the change in the warranty(for the better) on the safe he helped me pick out. Brenton is a model employee.
