I am relocating to the Odessa area and wanted to order a washer and dryer over the phone so that I could get it set up for delivery when I move into my new home. I was on the phone for 29 minutes and 38 seconds before someone would actually take my call. Lucky they got 1 star. If you ever need help well forget about it. Customer service sucks there. Me and my husband were just there getting quick create and could not get anyone to help us all they wanted to do was stand around and talk. There was no registers open so had to go to self check out which all the registers there were broke and the cashier was just standing there like nothing was wrong. do not ever get your flooring from home depot. the installer comes when he feels like it. suppose to come between 9 and 11 showed up at 1 pm. the next day said he would be there by 9 got there at 10. didn't get done until 8 pm. had to come back today to fix one broken tile and one that didn't glue down. didn't have grout now got to come back again to grout the repaired floor. have lost 3 days of work and have to miss another for them to come grout. i will never use their flooring department again. spent close to 35 hundred d... read more
