Hola mi opinión acerca de tienda home depot le falta algo más atención al cliente.yo nesecitaba un tapete color naranja,simplemente me dijeron que no lo tienen.ellos me avisan cuando lo tengan asta ahorita nada ya se les olvidó.y se batalla un poco cuando buscas a alguien que te ayude o tienes una pregunta.

I found a water heater on line for a 40 gal water heater at Home Depot for 289.00 dollars. I called the Bis Spring tx. Store and talked to a lady salesman. I asked if they had the 40 gal. heater in stock and if the price was 289.00 dollars she said that that prices was for a 30 gal. heater. I ask again if it was 289.00 dollars and she said yes. I drove 40 miles to get it. only to be inform that it was not 289.00 dollars but 370.00 dollars. I told a man there that It was on the internet and I had spoken to a lady at the store... read more

Home Depot took a $50 fee from me for an 'in house' measurement for plantation shutters. 2 persons came and measured my windows. I went to pay for the shutters and discovered a 3rd party company makes shutters for Home Depot and they wouldn't accept the measurements from the Home Depot reps. They have to measure themselves. At the front cash register, where I presented my invoice for a refund (after 40 minutes in line), I was told ,"No refunds for measurements."
