As usual had to go through self checkout. Husband is a veteran had to ask the girl Sunny to come over. Could tell she was very put out.Rudely said I need your I’d. Husband jokingly showed her his tee shirt. Her smart assed reply was “I need your I’d anyone can buy a tee shirt.” I told her to chill he was just playing around. Showed her the I’d she pushed past me to the register never said thank you or come back.

The shittiest customer service! Went in to purchase a washer and driver, waited 10 minutes for assistance and not one of the 5 employees who passed us asked if they could help us. When we asked customer service to send someone, the girl who was sent acted like we were inconveniencing her needing help. Needless to say we walked right out because of her attitude. You’d think that I would’ve learned my lesson by now with this location.
2nd time i go to buy plants and it's embarrassing the way their Garden looks everything's is dry it looks real bad somebody should pay attention to all those plants.. are there any manager checking out this area of the store
Special order for shower door and hardware. Long story short, driving time one way for a month, is one hour due to the fact that we cannot get help in the phone or any answer at all. Door came last month but special made hardware was sold to someone else or lost! This morning talked to Heather after being passed to three other people and hung up on one time. Heather walked to the back while I was in the phone with her. She said she found the door and hardware and would bring it to the front to be picked up at any time today.... read more
Good luck EVER getting anyone on the phone if you call and IF you do you’ll get put on hold and forgotten about. You will not get help while you’re in the store either if you need it. We have done multiple online orders that say items are in store and then they will not have it when we arrive for pick up. Their inventory is all messed up.
I love their return policy and the people that work there. Every time I have a home project this is the first place I go.
I had a kind gentleman help me get some blinds that were up top. Ran out the size i needed, pointed me in the right direction of an item i needed. I took a picture of the barcode of sheets of sheetrock. Went to check out, cashier was calling someone to help me load it. I moved my truck closer to the door. I asked another girl said would come back and help. Went up to the cashier asked for help once again.. She pagged on intercom but yet nothing. After an hour of waiting for help i ended up getting the sheetrock on a flat car... read more
