Home Depot was suppose to show up between 7-11am today to deliver my washer and dryer. No one showed up no phone call nothing. The help line basically told me they were on their way that day between 7-11am that day even though it was 3pm. There was no second option other than they’ll be. I can’t find another phone call to figure out where the 1400 dollars worth of appliances I’ve already paid for we’ll be delivered.
Closing at 6 when most aren’t getting off till 530.. literally walked in and back out, went to Lowe’s where I at least had time to look and buy what I needed. Must not like business closing so early. Whatever bone head thought that was a good idea needs to be fired
Went there today not really wanting to get out during this pandemic but had to. The website said they had 139 of what I was looking for. I get all the way there from West Odessa to find out from one of their reps that they knew it says that on the website, but in fact they have been out for a long time. How ridiculous! At least have the correct info right now! People don’t want to get out unless it’s necessary!

This Home Depot definitely exemplifies the lousy service Home Depot is known for. Why do I go? It’s convenient located and I prefer to give new to me locations the benefit of the doubt. Today, the fork lift driver was missing, the keys in the forklift, and no manager to be found. It’s Sunday in retail, not that any day should be undermanned but definitely project days should be more than adequately staffed with a manager and working phones.
