I want to thank Store Manager Lamar B. for all he has done to help through the horrors of my kitchen remodel. There have been issues at every step of the remodel, very little was the fault of Home Depot, primarily their subcontractors and suppliers. Calisa and Lamar have been very helpful. After a letter I received Friday from their counter top supplier, Multi-Stone, I hope that Home Depot find another supplier. I will not make any purchase that comes from Multi-Stone of Tallahassee. Employees refuse to provide any assistance moving lumber off high shelves and it happens every single time I'm there. Waited 45 minutes and asked for help from seven different lumber employees, gave up and went to the one across town. Manager on duty did not care.
Their service just fine with me professional staff!
Rudest store ever. I asked for help, was told he didn't work in the department, and walked off. I was trying to buy a new range - guess Lowes will continue to get my business.
Thanks to Cord in Lawn & Garden for making it his personal business to ensure that I was happy with my riding mower purchase! My first mower was defective but because of the way Cord handled the exchange I am a satisfied customer.
I would like to personally thank Tallahassee's The Home Depot and every one else who was involved for their donation and the work they put in for our veterans today at Home Front. We cannot thank you guys enough!
