We had a wonderful experience at the Tallahassee FL Capital Cir NE location. We were shopping for doors and were helped by Torean. He was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I learned a lot about doors today. Thank you for everything.
This is pertaining to the Northwest store. This just shows how much a company/ employees have no care for the customers and fixing a mistake that THEY made and are continuing to make. On February 5, 2019 I went to this store tp pick up a truck, tractor, and trailer- called store prior to arrival and was informed that they did have everything requested available for rent. First class customer service, great selection. We have one in town but will make the hour drive to come to the one in Tallahassee.
Made an order for carpeting and plank flooring. Measurements have been done but the wrong plank was put on order, have been waiting in store for 90 minutes and still can’t get help. Ask for managers and none have shown up. Ridiculously bad customer service.
Our last 3 trips were horrible experiences at this location. Rude, uninformed responses to questions, unwillingness to help, and 3 trips where we left empty handed after wanting to spend money! You should sell wheelbarrows after a hurricane even if all you have are the ones in a box - you are a DIY store, let us DIY. If you offer items on-line you should train your employees to be knowledgable about them. Typical of the way Home Depot operates. I get an e:mail to answer a Survey about Ryobi Titanium Drill Bits. The e:mail has a no response e:mail address. The Survey doesn't work. So I cannot tell them how my first drill bit BROKE. I was told that the Titanium Drill Bits are the most solid. A joke, just like getting knowledgable people at Home Depot. Thank goodness, I can find my way around there by myself, or I'd never get out.
Took our 3.5 year old daughter to the project time this past Saturday morning and we had an absolute blast. I was able to shop around while my husband and daughter made a wooden car together :) I have really been loving HD’s customer service and knowledgeable staff too. I have been a Lowe’s gal most of my life but I have been thouroughly convinced that a permanent switch is in order!! :)
