11/26/18 (Monday) I special ordered some vinyl tiles that were to come in 11/30/18 (Friday)at the “1837 Matthews Township Pkwy” “Home Depot”. 12/3/18 (Monday) I called to confirm they arrived before driving to the store. I was told 15 boxes were in, but still waiting on 3 more boxes. I told the lady they were all supposed to be here 3 days ago. She said she would call vendor and get back with me. Major thanks to Tom W. at the Matthews, NC store who helped me salvage my 307 piece cat tower project by hacksawing the stainless steel bolt I got stuck and helping me find a replacement. My knight in an orange apron! He went far above the call of duty to help me out.
Horrible customer service. Attitude at the customer service desk, wait for over 20 min in lighting on a Thursday 10 am store practically empty. More employees walking around looking at their phones. Awful
Worse customer service yesterday about a product I purchased from them that they did not warranty and the way it was handled was absolutely disgraceful. I will be in touch with Regional! Especially when you spend 10k plus a month there!
Better delivery times !!!
I never had a problem shopping at HD. I just order my kitchen countertops been a loyal customers since 2002 went i became a homeowner.
