One of the worst home contracting experiences We ordered a countertop (laminate) for our kitchen. After not delivering it on time, I called the store, to be told my order was not logged in the computer anywhere. No one in the kitchen dept., customer service or the store's management has any clue about actually trying to help. All they say is "we don't show it in the computer."
