Linda Ridolfo Seipp 6 mins · Ok I just want to rant about my washing machine again. Have owned it for about 3 1/2 years... it breaks down at least 4 time per year since a few weeks after I purchased it. I have never gotten any assistance from Home Depot.. The repair man came today (he was suppose to come yesterday but need to reschedule)....it needs a part that they don't carry - need to order it.... so again another day of missed work for this machine.... NEVER BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT...I tell everyone I know this.
Lousy customer service. Couldn't get anyone.to duplicate one key for me. Customer Service was too busy eating a snack to call AGAIN for assistance. Bring back Mom and Pop hardware stores!
I don't know what is going on with the store but the last five times I've been there in the evening half the lights are turned off you can't see anything in there to read any of the packages. The shelves are bare Garden department was completely empty it looks like it's going out of business from this point forward I will drive and extra mile to the local Lowes where at least the lights are turned on and I can see what I'm buying. Just spent nearly 1k and was treated like crap by the cashier. I cant believe I spent money at this store. Hoping a manager calls me back.
Juan helped me pick out a rug. Got me a great deal on a left over. Nice guy called coverage to his register to help me get 13 foot rug in my car. Packing spots of Purple Heart vets. 5. Star experience!
Don't ever go there to get your blinds cut. You'll be waiting a while. And that's after attempting to page an associate three times. Oh and don't dare expect any of the five different employees walking past to ask if you need assistance.
