Be careful women, a Manager at Home Depot In Wappingers has the audacity to call me a “liar” after I called to inquire the next day as to why my delivery didn’t happen. He told me that it was to be delivered on a certain day and I told him my receipt said another day and no one contacted me to tell me of a change. Non friendly people, especially customer service big box John , who seems like can make new rules and do what ever he wants there. It is a same having such people represent g homedepot, he needs to be removed.
Worst experience ever! No safe distancing for the customers. Over crowded and worst customer service. I asked for curbside pick up. I called the number to tell them I was there to pick up my grill and the man told me to come in to customer service. I was confused because coming into the store is not curbside pickup! I was waiting on a return line with 9 people in front of me 1 person had been taken care of. Obviously they are severely understaffed in Wappingers. I can’t stand long due to a handicapped issue. I asked a cart man worker passing by to call for some help for the return desk. He mumbled and shrugged then walked away. I then went up to the cash register girl doing the returns and asked to see a manager. She refused to call the manager and said she had a line of people to wait on first!!!!!!!😮. Purchased a washer and it specifically says “install washer” on my invoice. When the washer was delivered it was left in a hallway, not put in the correct room or installed. When I complained to the dept manager I was told to call corporate. Corporate transferred me back to the store and a different manager who told me that it was an error and that they do not install washers.
