Home Depot does not back their products. I've had less than 30 days of my tractor the rear end went, I tried to bring it back to the store and they told me they would send it out for repair that I could not get a new one. Not even a few months later another rear end went, now 2 weeks the right from wheel fell of the tractor. I tried to bring it back, and Home Depot does not want anything to do with it. This store is not customer friendly. Being forced to use self checkout at 6 pm on Saturday. I don't mind when I have a choice. But spending a couple hundred dollars then having to feed a picky machine because I'm paying cash. Going to customer service to ask when there will be a actual person the next morning on a register "I'm sorry I can't answer that."
been on hold now for 45 minutes waiting for a refund that should have happened days ago. each and every time i call them to try get info on my refund, they put me on hold, tell me untruths and stall another day. how ridiculous are they?!
