I spent an hour at Home Depot today. I even picked up some heavy materials that were left in the aisle. All to find out when I got rung up that the gift card reader wasn't working. Wasted my morning!!!
Never open a The Home Depot credit card. I was attracted to their 24 month free financing when I was buying supplies for my basement. The majority of my charge was paid off down to $1200 and on September 1st they back interested for the amount of the original charge PER MONTH FOR 24 MONTHS rather than the amount of the whole charge and my balance went up again to $4,300. My original charge was $6,000. DO NOT FALL for their scam. You are better off using a personal credit card rather than their charge card. I will never shop ... read more
Customer service sucks ! No one in the building to ask for assistance
We went to our first ever DIY Kids Workshop and will be going to many more hopefully. We will advertise this among our cub scout pack so that more families can know and attend.
We spent a ton of time here for a remodel we are doing in our home. The staff was helpful and friendly!! We found all that we needed and then some.
Incompetence will ruin all your jobs. Only care by employees is to sell you a home Depot credit card because the receive incentives/commission. Blame home Depot corporate.
The customer service sucks and it has been like that for some time now.. Pro Service desk guys think if your not a big contractor you dont need to cater to your needs..im an indepedent contractor.. Its bad because i have to drive further sometimes to get better help and a smile..
