The store is doing a lot to promote social distancing, but the self checkout scanners are only being cleaned "every 1-2 hours" Most stores clean after every customer. Seems kinda gross not to.
During these extraordinary times you should be limiting the number of bored shoppers in your stores. Limit your items to just the bare essentials. Mulch and paint are not emergency essentials. Stop putting your employees at risk just for a few bucks!
I wanted to buy a sheet of dry wall. Needed it cut to fit in car. Asked 2 employees who were not busy for help. They told me boss broke the saw. They weren't allowed to cut it. They told me to buy a knife and do it in the parking lot. I went to Loews. They said no problem. What size? They took out a knife and Tsquare. Were done in 5 mins. CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD BE GOOD.
Home Depot Ben Avon #4123 refuses to Honor corporate policy of granting a 10% Discount to Eligible Veterans and Active duty Military. They only offer to Honor the Policy on "Special " Holidays. I emplore all Military, Veterans, Families of Veterans, and Fellow Americans to Boycott Store #4123 until they Do the Right Thing. My Country. My Money. You want some of it? DO THE RIGHT THING!
3 months ago I spent $35 on a 35ft tape measure, that clearly advertised, "Life time guarantee". When I tried to exchange it. The manager told me, "They'd only exchange it if it were purchased within 30 days!! So much for the life time warranty.
