Best shopping for construction
After purchasing what seemed to be a new tool, I came home and opened the box to find that it had been a returned item. It was not only dirty and clearly used, but was missing 75%of the pieces I needed. I planned my day around having the right tools and was completely inconvenienced. When I tried to return the product, I was told they could do nothing to compensate me for my time and that all they could do was exchange or return it. I felt cheated and will not be shopping at home depot again.
