I always told people to go to Home Depot & not Lowe's cause their merchandise was higher quality. Not anymore! I bought a ceiling fan & when I looked it up on their site it was cheaper cause of a sale going on till 12/13/17. Called the store & was told they do not honor their online prices. So they rather have me order it with free delivery & return the one I bought in the store instead of giving me the $12 credit! Does that make sense? It would cost more in delivery fees for such a heavy item. Nuts!!!
Love it, employees are friendly. Love the garden area! ALWAYS spend too much! And if u have a hard time getting help.. Just step on their step ladders.. Problem solved!
My husband , I knew exactly what we wanted when we were at the Baltimore pike HD last wknd. So when we walked in to HD on CB we went straight to the washer , dryers. The sales person was like may i help you. We ordered our set , paid for it an out the door. Our whole experience was a 5starr. Oh it'll be delivered june 1st.
Waiting 45 minutes now for someone to operate the forklift to get the only right sided white tub here employees are rude & worthless except customer service who's been nice this is deplorable
