RecommendedI like that they had in stock what I came there for. I obtained the 3- in - 1 Ratchet wrench, & the Gator grip universal socket tools that I had been wanting. I am happy and satisfied ,as a customer, because the Home Depot was well stocked, with lots of products on the store shelves, in particular the products I was after, and the tool department staff member I talked to really knew his tools. He was very knowledgeable, and knew the right pairing of tool parts. I liked discussing tools with him.
I ordered a lawn trimmer and an extension cord for the trimmer online. It was delivered by a gentleman out of the Philadelphia store, in a blue sedan who put the box on my porch and rang my bell. When I answered the door he said I have to take a picture for proof of delivery. I asked him where the extension cord was and he said he didn’t have it. En Mayo 14 compre una lavadora y secadora en Home Depot cherry hill NJ quedaron de entregarla en junio 1ro, el personal que me atendió no me informo que tenía que comprar cable, stacking kit y otras cosas en el mismo tiempo y que se refleje en la factura. It’s not that I don’t recommend it. But, 2/3 of the employees and at least 1/2 the customers were wearing their masks hanging down below their noses. They may as well have not even been wearing them! If I get sick, it will have been there.

Placed a home delivery online for Sunday paid extra for a 4 hour window it is now Tuesday my flooring still hasn’t arrived . I have called multiple times both to the store an customer service and no one will pick up. This is unacceptable and bad for business! Will have to drive there on Thursday which I didn’t want to do giving the circumstances of covid-19! I am not happy ! Not even a phone call zero common curtesy!
We paid Home Depot $1400 weeks ago for flooring they haven’t installed. After several false estimates, in which they actually told me they were not real estimates (???) yet took up my time on the phone, they eventually delivered the material but did not install it. Now I have a pile of vinyl sitting on the floor. No one has contacted us to install. We repeatedly contact customer service and they repeatedly lied to us about installation. Placed a online pick up order just to get there and to be told that there were none in stock. Absolutely unacceptable!
Trying to deliver here sucks , they want to satisfy there customers with all the stuff you can get at Lowe’s but they don’t want to unload it once it gets here ! Been here 2 hours for 6 bundles of lumber
