Their return policy sucks. If an appliance does It work after it's delivered, you cannot return it. The repair people have to try and fix the problem. If they cannot fix the problem they will give you a new refrigerator. If you want a refund, you cannot have it. You must buy the new one from them. Store manager, appliance manager and corporate said the same thing.
Employees walking pass customers who need assistances finding items talking on cell phones. Losing customers.
Can I give it zero stars, please? Worst customer service experience in my life! Inaccurate inventory, super disorganized, no one knows what's going on!!! Managers are as lost as the rest of the employees... Just a headache.

Badly handled situation no idea for how customer service should be done. I got all the way into the store with no sign of issues. I even asked a girl where I could find something and she directed me but there was no mention that the credit card system. The employee did not tell me anything until I got up the register.
