Apparently when they # 1 don't have something in stock that you placed as an online order/pick up, they just cancel that item on you. You then get an email saying "we're sorry you cancelled your order" with no explanation and then when you call to cancel the rest of the order the # 2 don't pick up the damn phone! I called 4 times and was on hold forever and then just disconnected.
