Each time we go into this Home Depot it is so frustrating. Today, 9/18/2020, we went to homedepot and asked three associates for help in the plumbing department. All I wanted was a pedestal sink. The females were of no help and neither were the men. After 45 minutes of standing and asking for help, came along Justin in the plumbing department he was a life saver. I've been trying to contact you for 2 days in a row. I never received some of the products I purchased online, they were missing. And the other ones were broken. It is impossible to reach your customer service phone and the social team too! I've been through a voice menu hell. Apparently, you're prioritizing servicing new orders over assisting with problems on your existing orders. Your customer service is THE WORST. Never again.
Totally love child friendly big time when it comes to the children workshop and the workers are super nice both in the workshop and on the sales floor
if you are a woman I don't recommend going to this place by yourself the men here are annoying I went there yesterday and I couldn't even shop because every where i turned I was being harassed by men it's just ridiculous even when I was leaving I was harassed by man I now will be going to Lowe's you don't get a better deal there but atleast I can shop in peace

I was unsure about making a handrail for some exterior steps. I went to the plumbing Dept to get some black iron pipe. I had an idea in my head of how to do it. After talking with the employee in plumbing Dept that was cutting iron pipe & threading it for people, I had a totally different way of doing it. Knowledgeable people make all the difference in getting it right. This man knew his stuff. Thanks again
