The website indicates that there are several of the item I want in stock but they are not in the store. I placed an order online for pickup locally and received a cancellation because the item is not actually in stock. However the website still indicates that this particular location has 8 of the item in stock. This is not the first time it's happened. Never ever go to the home depot in Pooler GA after 7 pm. This is the poorest managed store ever! They NEVER have enough help and like I said if you goo there after 7 pm... The only employees there are NOT INTERESTED IN HELPING YOU! They've already begun shutting the store down.v And this is a FRIDAY NIGHT for crying out loud! We are trying to get what we need for our weekend project. Going to LOWE'S!
Miss Edie was the only employee out of about 8 that I encountered that had any manners or customer-service skills. The aisles are so crowded with merchandise that 2 carts literally cannot get through at the same time. Extremely rude , unprofessional and unhelpful employees in the garden section, as well as the gentleman employee who made my mom walk around him with her buggy instead of moving a side so that she could get through.
Natalie, Kitchen designer at pooler Homedepot is Racist. She treats and serves white people at a much higher level then she does Indians. She made us wait one hour after she had picked the appointment time, then to be told we had to reschedule because her next appointment was here. it was a white person and she never asked him if he could reschedule. I am livid at her nonchalant attitude and she just could not care less. We will no longer use them for future hotel projects. I am seeking legal advise for the worst experience ... read more
Don't waste your money on a lawn mower warranty. They wanted to charge me to send it out and wait 6 to 8 weeks to maybe get it back.
I went to The Pooler Home Depot to buy light bulbs for my business. Of course the only checkout available is self checkout. I scanned my bulbs and it had to have a customer service rep to proceed. I finally waved down someone to help me and they processed my commercial card, and when I tried to sign the pad the pen was missing. I wish my company had a Lowes card
This is a very customer friendly store! It is also a clean and neat store with a beautiful garden department!! I love their flowers and plants!!!
