RecommendedWe are doing a lot of yard work and remodeling. I was there Tuesday I think it was, and John the manager was amazing. I didn't catch the cashier's name she was great too! I came back today to get the rest of the stuff I needed and again, customer service was GREAT!! I'll be back again once we move inside to start that remodel
So once again I was stupid enough to buy from HD and have it delivered. “3 to 7” they say. At 7:00 pm we call, “driver is still coming, sorry” At 8:00pm “sorry were not sure what’s happening, do you want to reschedule?” No, I’ve been sitting here for 5 hours waiting after leaving work early! 8:30pm Home Depot calls us “okay driver isn’t going to make tonight, we’ll have to reschedule you, sorry” what a load! I am so done with Home Depot, just want EVERYONE to know what they did AGAIN!

My Husband And I buy from Home Depot all the Time. I bought a Maytag washer and dryer from the store in Pooler Georgia 15 months ago. My washer is not working right now. It makes loud noise when spinning out and just recently started making a loud clicking noise in the wash Cycle. I bought the great Home Depot Warranty That Home Depot Recommended. we spoke to four different associates inside the store and neither one of them were helpful. the original cashier was an older lady with grey hair and she was very rude. the second guy we spoke to was too busy trying to walk away from us to give us any help at all. the third guy just said I think they help you at the front with that and the fourth guy said he had never been up to the propane tanks so he didnt have a clue what we were supposed to do. all we wanted was to get a propane tank and it was the most difficult experi... read more
It seems as though-every time I come Into this place; their workers always act as if they don’t want to help you nor do their jobs. For example, I wanted to purchase an exterior door 🚪 which is a pretty penny, expensive and the worker didn’t want to help me with my purchase or install so he basically turned my money down. He acted like I was bothering him and that is his JOB. I wish I could act like that on my job and not get fired.
