Thoroughly disappointed in the warranty with The Home Depot washing machine I bought. While I’m grateful for receiving an e-gift card to purchases a new machine, it was a 30 day nightmare of a process to get that. Then we go tonight to get a new machine and they don’t keep any in stock! And the first delivery date is Jan.29th! Well I was trying to get in the Christmas spirit until I went to Home Depot. I'm telling you, customer service has just become.e a thing of the past with them. I was so mad, the lady next to me could not believe how they talked. I had a return and told them to keep it. I would not need a credit due to I WONT BE BACK. Use the money for charity. I'm furious with them. NEVER will I go back there for anything. Ok. I'm done venting
The children's workshops on 1st Saturday of each month are great. I take my grandsons and great-grandson every opportunity. This a a good community service. Thank you! And I always have to buy something needed while there.
Horrible customer service. Ordered carpet at the end of May. Wasn't told til June that it wouldn't be installed til 7/3. Can't get a start time for anyone now. Management I spoke to HUNG UP ON ME. You guys have almost $1,000 of mine and I have nothing to show for it for almost 6 weeks now!! Horrid customer service. Will NOT recommend. Ever.
