Great service, has had everything I needed but stuff for the tile shower. I had to go to Floor and Decor. Richard in the plumbing has great knowledge, customer service is good, and management was helpful.

I fell in the parking lot and the Sedgewick Claims company will not pay my medical bills. Held me off for 2 years now.
My wife and I just walked out for the 2nd time in two weeks without getting any services in the window and doors department. We went to the pro desk as directed, and the customer service rep said she called someone. After waiting 20 minutes, no one showed up. When we complained, the young lady at the pro desk just stood there with an empty look on her face and mumbled some words.
