Been on hold for over 30mins....... One thing after another with the Depot
I am a little miffed at The Home Depot. My husband is a veteran and I don't understand how the company has changed their military discount policy. It used to be 10% off almost everything. Now it's 10% off almost nothing. We made several large purchases and only got $3 off. really? Many things were purchased not on sale at full price and we could not use the discount for them. It's amazing to me how you stay in business with little or no sales help on the floor. Do you realize how much business you are losing?Two years ago I came in to buy a washing machine and there was no one to help me (the manager even told me that!). A few days ago, I wanted to make another purchase, but could not find someone to help. Instead I ordered online and realized how easy it was.
