Never have a problem finding someone to help out. I would rather go here than Lowes any day.
My favorite store!! Morris is the most helpful and knowledgeable guy!
No one ever walks up to you and ask if you need help in the Owings Mills store unlike Westminster or any Lowe's. the black lady who been working there for years with short haircut is super nasty. If you don't like your job, quit!

I ordered doors for our basement. They decided it was ok to leave a pallet full of doors behind my car in our driveway. They did not knock, they did not ring the door bell. They just left them. Barricading me in my driveway. This is ridiculous.
Worst Home Depot I've ever been to. Deplorable service and rude crew. No body wants to be there and it shows!
One cashier open, with 20 people in line. When I asked Customer Service to open additional registers, I was told they "only have one cashier," yet five employees were leaning against the counter in the Customer Service area. When I asked if they could help, I was told they were "helping customers." All of this occurred after we searched throughout the store for someone to help us. It will be our last visit to this Home Depot due to the deplorable service.
