I'm heated because it's 9pm and I've been waiting for 15 minutes at the paint desk to get waited on. This woman should not be here alone. I'm heated. It's not her fault. I fault management.
VERY rude! I was told that the customer service representative did not have time to assist me because she had other people that needed help.
Worst customer service ever. I'll go to lowes from now on.
