Went to Home Depot to look for wheels to fix our older homes sliding glass door. The customer service lady said to my husband “ We don’t carry replacement parts for something that old” “ Just replace your doors”. I told my husband maybe you should have asked for the 8K to replace them. He then went to the window and door area anyway. Someone paged for his assistance, NO ONE came. I was just told “you could be nicer” on the phone after being on hold for 23 minutes. All I wanted to know is when someone from mill work would be in so I can select a door. I do not want to make an unnecessary trip due to COVID especially since I need to arrange childcare in order to go. Terrible experience all around.
Customer service in the entire building sucks. You asked for assistance they act like you’re bothering them.
Staff is rude and customer service is horrible
Went to Home Depot owings mills today 4/5/20. Saw a group of 6 young employees hanging around near the front main isle, laughing and talking. No one bothers wearing a mask. Why aren't they keeping a 6 ft distance? and why isn't management enforcing the employees to wear a mask???
RecommendedI went in looking for P100 respirators for my hospital. We are running low on N95 masks to protect staff, but P100 is a suitable substitute. Didn’t find any masks, but they did have a case of 5 sets of replacement filters. When they found out I am a physician looking for supplies for our staff, they DONATED the case to me! That’s fantastic community service! Thank you, Home Depot!!
I think we only focus sometimes on the bad and not too much on the good.i don’t usually write reviews because there is always a snarky comment whenever someone does one but I thought today I would!
