all self service check out and no employee s on floor to help
I had a little issue within the Gardening section and asked to speak to a manager. Out comes this person with the most calming aura. She listened to my concerns and helped me by asking questions. she epitomized what a supervisor should be when dealing with an angry customer. Please have her coach other supervisors in different stores. I love this store....forgive me if I got her name wrong but it was Ms. Barbara and her side kick (lol) Trista, Will return because of them and Sherry.
I am almost a year late making this post, but I just remembered as it’s about that time again. Shout out to Dan and John for helping a teacher and students out by doing a favor!! Much appreciated!! And because it was September, you have no idea what I am talking about lol. (And I don’t want to say or you may be bombarded! � ) But Thanks soooo much!!!
It literally took four visits to two different locations plus multiple calls to customer service to buy window shades. It shouldn't be that hard to spend $4000.00 with you, Home Depot.
Best customer service ever! I've been in the store three times in the past week, and every associate I encountered was more than eager to help. All knowledgeable and cheerful as well. I love shopping here. Special thanks to the Customer Service desk, and the boys in the garden department. Great job!

I went to the Do it Herself workshop last night. It was my second time. It was slow going but it was new leader for the workshop so we were pretty understanding. I will be going to the next one next month. It was fun and I really enjoyed myself. They were very nice. There weren't a lot of ladies there but it was still nice because the associates were able to help when needed. I'm pretty happy with my cupcake stand and I'd love to be able to buy the materials needed to make more for at home.
