Love Home Depot !
We had one side of our fence put in by Home Depot 3 years ago. #3500 dollars worth of work. Here is how it stands today. If it were not for the rope, the fence would fall down. I called HD and they told me it is not their issue. I have to pay someone to fix it. I strongly recommend all customers needing to have a fence put in to NOT USE HOME DEPOT. Crappy workmanship at steep prices. Deplorable.
Standing around for 1/2 hour waiting for someone from lumber to assist me, after them getting paged three times. One associate was kind enough to page for me initially, and the other two times I had to go to the service desk and ask if anyone is indeed working in lumber. The associate at the service desks first response was “did you wait for someone?”, after I’d just said I’d waited 15 minutes after the first page. And other associates looking at me, and essentially running away after making eye contact.
I just bought a new ceiling fan because the old one is dead.
What a disaster trying to get a carpet estimate. They call in the morning telling you a window of time. Then we get a call at that window that they had too many to do that day and cancelled. Not sure what time they are available next day, thought around noon. We decide to call and cancel the appointment. The guy still shows up to take measurements. I hate to have to write but my family was done wrong by the Home Depot and now it is my duty to warn everyone “””Use Caution””” while ordering anything from this place. My Mother ordered a door from them I was sitting right there when she did order it… The door comes and it’s the wrong size… Today they tried to blame everyone but themselves. They just told my Mother to go pound sand with a door that cost $1100.00……. My Mother is 72 years old I hate to see anyone take advantage of the elderly.. But my Mother has been so upset... read more
Recently while I was shopping in the garden center for mulch . I was told by the cashier they would not honor my veterans discount , because it had to do with garden supplies . Days later while in Lowe's garden center , they told me I can get the discount on any item .
