Curbside pickup at the North Haven store is a joke. I called the number, sat on hold, was disconnected, sat on hold again, operator answered and hung up again. This happened a few more times. Then the employee came out and loaded the truck with the gate down so if I drove off all of the wood could have flown out of the back!!!!
Went this morning for paint after asking 5 employees to get the paint person and 20 minutes of waiting for no one to come Left🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

My daughter's first time building. The DIY young man was the best. He encouraged her so much, she became very confident in her work.
We loved this event! The staff was friendly and hands on. This was our first building project we can not wait for next month's. We are starting some remodeling at home and will definitely use this store because of the staff at this event.😘
Ordered a washer last Friday for delivery today, was called yesterday with a timeframe of 6-10pm. Just received a call from the delivery company that they need to reschedule until NEXT Friday, because the team was in one house too long and they don’t deliver after 8. I’m livid... oh and there is no supervisor there after 5. WTH! I was also told that my timeframe was 4-8 and that they made an error with 6-10... lets see what else they can screw up
I needed help in the door section I found someone however she said she is not in the door/mill section but said she would get somebody for me. She paged that person over the loudspeaker. However I stood there for over 30 minutes and nobody ever came to help me. Terrible customer service I will never come back to the store ever again. This is not the first time I have not gotten help. Depends on who is working. Certain people make a great shopping experience. Where as others, you want to leave. Its a big box store, you can’t expect much. Generally have most things you need.
Bought a new washer from here because they could deliver in a few days , got the washer on Monday doesn’t even start up , been trying to get replacement ,but being told 8 days to get replacement , meanwhile at laundry mat, last purchase from home depot ever , going to have to have one hell l of a compensation in the works is all I have to say !!!!
