I stopped by tonight to purchase some garden stones and mulch this evening. I had to look for something in the store and associates were very helpful. The garden area has no one; except a very uninterested young lady handling checkout. I asked if she could call for someone to help me load to a cart and then into my car. Yes, I ended up walking out of the store because no one ever came to assist; and after cooling down, I called the manager and said my piece. I have never felt so humiliated in my life. I went with my mother and father, customer at The Home Depot for over 40years, to buy a freezer. We bought a Freezer MasterChef, when we received the product the employee gave us the box violated on the side and a huge scratch, she tried to offer us a US$50 discount. She than contacted another store which told they had the same freezer in stock, they even made a 'visual' on the box.
