We have been doing the Kids workshops for years . I have a scrapbook of all their projects. It is a great memory and will keep doing it as long as they want to . Best of all it is Free which allows parents and grandparents a great activity even if they cannot afford’
I have had the most abysmal experience trying to get floors installed by this store/company. I have been given misinformation on every level, and my customer complaints have yet to be resolved, even after being escalated to the corporate level. There is zero compensation (more than a casual “Sorry”) given for the HOURS AND HOURS we have spent on the phone and rescheduling our lives around a failed install. Worst experience ever! This store, the staff and customer service has gone way down!! I grew up here, moved awY two years ago. Back for wedding and birthday. We stopped in for gift. No customer service. Too busy talking about their personal lives.., nobody speaks English.. don't assume I speak yours..., If I knew I wasn't going to get service or help I would have spent the 300$ elsewhere
Can never find help here. I was there for 35 min trying to get 3 pieces of chain cut. Had to walk 7 aisles to find help. No buzzer. No nothing. Aisle 14 sucks. Lowes please come to our rescue here on east colonial !!!!!!
