I went to buy an exterior door. I could not find the type of door I needed on the shelves with the correct swing. I found some with different swings. I walked around the doors and windows area for 20 mins and the one employee I saw was working with someone. I went to the main isle and stood there. They have messed up all four major orders for my house and wait till the last second to call and cancel. This morning they called at 7:30am, when my item was supposed to be being installed to say it was damaged and they have to reorder. I want to talk to a manager and they're never there but I'm told "oh they'll call you after install to discuss it. it's on your paperwork." That's not good enough and it never happens. I purchased a grill on 3/3/20 at 3:30pm, from store number 0266. I told the representative that I would pick it up on 3/15/20 upon my return from vacation; the grill was birthday gift for a friend. On 315/20, two associates loaded the grill into my truck, and I proceeded home, less than 3 miles away. Once the grill was unloaded, I began cleaning it.
