I've lived in the area for about 4 years now and have never been to this Home Depot and I am seriously disappointed! We walked past at least 25 employees and not a single one asked us if we needed help. They just sat or walked past us, watching us run in circles trying to find what we needed. The one employee stopped to talk with my kids while my back was turned, but not to me. This store was a huge disappointment, and I ended up having a panic attack because no one wanted to help. Horrible customer service. Would not assist with 7ftx7ft pipe frame .
I don't have a lot of money but i do prefer to spend it with companies that show good ethics. After unexpectedly being released from duty for the night after the storm i went looking for a few candles since i had no power at home. Home depot was the only place open, for which i was already grateful. I was pointed in the direction of the candles and was stopped by what i assume was the manager. Everyone was so nice and helpful yesterday. I was so thankful because things have been so crazy due to Mathew coming through and leaving us all with power etc. ❤���
Went in for the deal of the day and there were some held behind the counter. None left on the shelf. Was told they were first come first served but that the ones behind the the counter were waiting for the customer to come in and pay. Are you kidding me!!!!!
I learned my lesson and will ALWAYS stick with Lowes from now on. My husband and I came in and created a pull list, punch list...whatever... of items we would be picking up the following day with a trailer. We paid for the order at that time and were told to call an hour ahead before we came to pick up the next day. I called at 11 am to give them time to make sure our order was ready.
