I ordered a dishwasher online to be delivered. First, the installation was scheduled 2 days later than originally stated, then, when the DW arrived the installer could not install it due to incompetence, so I returned it for a full refund. it's now 3 weeks post order date, 1 week post return date and i have no refund. I waited on hold for over an hour to speak to a manager, first being told that I needed to fill out paperwork in the store, even though the item was ordered online and they took my money without paperwork!! Employees are always friendly, customer service is great. Mr. Stacey is very helpful and Miss Lyn does a great job with the kids workshops and birthday parties! My 4 year old always says this is her favorite place to shop!
will not allow us to receive veteran discount with my driver's license marked veteran. they showed us a list of what ids are excepted, I did not retire, I'm not disabled, I'm not active duty or reserves. that is all the military ids they except. I will no longer support home depot or spend my money there ever again!
Five deep in check out line. Finally ask the person attending self checkout only to get a chippy “I already did”. No one every appeared. Not in the habit of putting folks out of work.
Ordered a truck tool box online... THREE times, each one has shown up damaged. Damaged, because it’s in a flimsy box with no packing support. I finally asked for a refund, since there’s no guarantee on receiving a tool box undamaged, through shipping, and the only offer to make up for it is 10% off, wow🙄. I don’t appreciate the let down, Home Depot... P.S. I know that it’s shipping/dotcom and not the physical store that’s at fault. Fix the problems, Home Depot.
Our favorite store! Riley helped grandma and grandpa pick out some wood for closet shelving.
