It's not that I hated it. It's the fact that no one calls you back when they say. I get computer had problems on the weekend. Spent about 4 hrs there Saturday and 5hrs Sunday planning a kitchen for them to say they were unable to give us a price and would call me Monday. No call Monday. I call, they say someone will call Tuesday, no call. Someone calls Wednesday and said they were new but would have someone call Wednesday. My husband and I went in to buy a couple pieces of wood. It was ten minutes before closing. The employee took time to show us different options as well as cut and load it for us. He directed us to the register they were holding open for us. Even though the store had closed by the time we were done, we did not feel as if they rushed the job to get us out of the store. They exhibited exceptional customer service!
Great store! Good and knowledgeable staff and they do so much for us veterans!
I stopped in to get some 4x4's and the concrete to set them in. The isles were so full of broken pallets of merchandise scattered I could not get my cart to the wood. I ask for help only to get pointed in the direction of what I wanted. I explained I could not get it. She huffed and said they had gotten a truck in and started in with trashing their management. I actually took some pictures to send to their corporate office. Terrible place to shop!
Late this afternoon, I brought my parents to this store to look for a new dishwasher. They have limited funds, so even the lower end models were a stretch on their bank accounts. The salesman, was quite rude. He answered our questions on delivery and installation curtly and with impatience and was intent on trying to sell my parents a $500+ Maytag that was way out of their price range.
