Don't expect to get knowledgeable info on anything, they will sell you everything, but nobody can explain anything. Bought a dishwasher, once you have the installer at your house, they tell you that it can't be installed and that they have this issue with homedepot at least 3 times a week, because homedepot has no skilled employees working for them, who explain what is needed. Worked there for 4 days, got a debit card from them. I call up the number to see how much I had on it. They never paid me. Card has zero dollars on it. It's been 3!weeks now. I have bills to pay. I was still in training and they were supposed to give me a work id # and in the 4 days I worked I didn't get one. So someone messed up. I want the $ that I'm owed for the 32 hours I worked. Payday was this Friday that passed. It was 3 weeks ago and I still didn't get paid. Very aggravated because I am counting on the money.
Take the stars away. I tried not to be a jerk customer posting on Facebook. But I feel that I have been quiet long enough. Home Depot customer service just called me to state the only thing they can do for me is send $ 100 gift card. Hmmm that doesn't cover my food loss, damage to the 2 door frames and the inconvenience for the 4 deliveries of 4 refrigerators. Also would not give me the sale price. Now they expect me to spend more money with a gift card. Seriously.
If you want to sell paint you need people that know how to mix paint. 40 minutes I stood there and had to walk out. At Sherwin Williams now. A real paint store.
Sheila who works in the tool department is awesome. We had a major home renovation due to a leak. She helped us with getting the right tools which made the renovation go really smooth. She told us just how to use each one. Home Depot is lucky to have such a knowledgable lady on their staff.
I had carpet installed today they got half of it in then couldn't finish because there were holes in the new carpet We'll your probably thinking it happens but twice in row I had carpet put in a year or so ago and back then I walked on sub flooring for a couple of weeks because of a shipping problem or so I was told I went down stairs to turn the lights off and found damage on 2 of my corners waist high one of which I have to put drywall mud in and a dirty hand print on my wall Thanks Home Depot I'm really disappointed
