go to lowes,,,, purchased an item, they talked me into the $25 for getting a credit card, took the item back,, got a credit on the new card, less the $25,, told it was gone and can not get again,, what a waste getting the card,,, they also don't do the military discount like Lowes,,, shop Lowes,,, Home Depot is a rip off
The sales people were good. The installation people, a company called PTG, broke our plumbing and left us with a great mess and no water which is significant because of an in home salon. The management at the store, while sorry, kept saying that the matter is now out of their hands. So I guess that once a sale is made by Home Depot they do not stand behind their service/product. Terrible customer service. Spent $2K on new appliances in November, planning to have them by Christmas. Three attempts at delivery and still do not have my fridge. I've lost two work days sitting around waiting for their delivery "contractors" to arrive and they've no showed with not even bothering to call! When I call "managers" keep taking my name and number and never calling back. They outsource their deliveries to a company in Seaford, who only sometimes answer their phones and who close promptly at five and cannot assis... read more
Great customer service, these Caribbean people are very professional.
Ready to HAM on Home Depot again for this nightmare 8 year long leaking roof fiasco! Oh and I try to call the customer service guy I dealt with last time and his phone is disconnected.
