we ordered a stove to be delivered. waited for the entire day. they never called. customer service told that they can't contact their delivery people.
I felt harassed though my entire shopping experience. The associates followed myself and my husband around through the entire store. I will no longer be shopping at this location. A similar incident happened to my aunt while shopping with her son.

Changed oven order the next day and upgraded. Still almost a month later don’t have the refund for the original oven. The installation crew was rude and didn’t leave the kits that I paid for the other appliances that my contractor had to install and still don’t have refund on those items or refund for no installation. They lost me as a customer for life.
One of the best Home Depot’s around!!! Awesome customer service and they have a Eds Hot Dogs out front, by far one of the best hot dog stands I’ve ever eaten at!!!!
