Lowe’s is so much better, you don’t have to go chasing downs a employee for help. Staff is a lot friendlier, and Lowe’s understands what it means to treat people with respect. Went to the Home Depot two weeks ago I spent almost 2 hours trying to find stuff on my own, there was little to no staff working. Following week goes to Lowe’s and I was in and out in about 45 minutes it was super helpful that there were employees everywhere.

I am very disappointed in Home Depot they did not deliver the deck frame wood that I paid for. The Newark store manager said it was a online order and not his problem, the 1 800 number says it’s the stores problem. No one called and I took off work for the delivery. Now Glasgow will or not deliver on Saturday after spending 2hours on the phone,that’s all I am told. Ugh!!!!! I am behind schedule and if Glasgow doesn’t come thru I will go to Lowe’s.
Waited an half hour for some assistance. No one came . The woman at the desk said I will page him but I do not know if he will show.
Associate Are nice to helping Keep Customers Safe.
For 5 -6 years I have been doing an order of mulch when it was 5/10 ( an associate told me to do it this way so I could get sale price .... )))) I would let them know and keep them updated when I was able to pick it up ... never gave me a problem till this year ... now twice they are very rude and each associate tells me a different story ...so Monday I spoke to two different associate they told me it was fine to pick up my order the end of this month ... then today I see it credited on my Home Depot card ... the nursery is the best. the selection is wonderful and the associates are willing to help and actually know about the product they are selling
