There is never anyone in the departments to help you. I've been in the store 4 times and waited for a total of 2 hrs combined on my 4 trips and only spoke to one employee who tried to help and PROMISED to call me back and never heard from him again. I've called 11 times over a 5 day period and been put on hold and never spoke with a anyone.
