Horrible experience... guy who was helping me completely walked off to help another customer while he was helping me and never came back! Manager was nice, customer care and escalation department was rude as hell! Won't be shopping here anymore... I will go out of my way and go to lowes.
There was NO ONE working in the lumber department. An Associate told me. I needed plywood. Oh well, guess I can find that somewhere else.
We had a GREAT experience doing an Easter project Saturday morning. Family fun, crafty, food, face painting, riding lawn mowers....too much fun. I particularly am impressed with all that Home Depot does and how cheerful all the employees were. We will mark our calendar for every 1st Saturday to get more pins for our Home Depot apron and much more paint dripped on them!!! Thanks Home Depot, we proudly support!!
Tried to buy a sliding glass door. Walked around for 10 minutes, then stood at the desk for another 5 before anyone even acknowledged me. He told me to sit down at the desk he would be with more shortly. Sat there for over 30 minutes with no help, countless other employees walked by, some asking if I found what I needed and when I responded to help with finding about installation they would walk off. Just had the sweetest man help me with everything that I needed, Mr. Alfred (not sure if that's spelled right) he was so jolly and so happy and he is the kind of person that makes customers want to come back to a place! He went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed!
I have been in the store several times in the past few months and always found the staff to be helpful and available. My boyfriend and I attend the great workshops on Saturdays and learn all sorts of fun things.
Not thrilled with your customer service today. Couldn't find a soul to help me. Lowe's here I come!
