Terrible customer service:(
Went in to buy a storm door... no one seemed interested in helping the associates were to busy on there phones ... guess we will go to Lowe’s and see if they want out money!

Oh my goodness y’all just went above and beyond to help my husband and I get our orders sorted right. We do home renovations and rental flips and go here for literally everything. I always have an amazing experience here but today I had some incredible women team up and made a huge impact, this is why I don’t go anywhere else for my home renovation needs!! Staff were helpful and friendly, even though I interrupted what they were doing.
Our friends daughter in law was approached in the parking lot by 2 male employees stating they needed her to return to the store for shop lifting. She showed them she had nothing in her purse from HD. They asked to go to an office in the back and then with humor informed her that it was just a training process for security. I find this practice a little concerning
My daughter-in-law was publicly accused of shoplifting today at the Conway, AR store and then told it was a training exercise. Totally unacceptable!
Don't rent equipment here. They will rip your head off on price and the equipment is so poorly maintained it wont work right when you do use it. Save your money and time and rent elsewhere.
