I just wanted to give props to Home Depot and a local manager, Myron, in the Conway store. We ordered an upright freezer in March and it showed the delivery date to be the first week in September. We had a beef and 3 pigs scheduled to be processed that week so it was perfect timing. The week before the freezer was scheduled to be delivered, I checked the status of the order. We have waited 2 months for our doors, and we're supposed to get them yesterday. Got the back door set, but they made a mail slot instead of a peep hole. Their mistake. Big inconvenience. Now my husband Rick was supposed to have been called back yesterday, but NO CALL. He took off, and we put dogs in daycare. Extra expense. Not very happy at all.

Standing at the backsplash area and a CS Rep walked by. I asked did he work in that department and he immediately said no and I am with a customer. He didn’t have a phone on him and had to go Find a phone to get me help. He sent someone to the are and she came by playing on her phone and never looked up at us. Stopped a few feet away to Play on her phone. The first CS Rep came back by and asked did she come help. I described her and he said yes that was her and he had sent her to the desk. Why? My husband telephoned yesterday asking if you had any freezers. The lady in the appliance department said no. He asked if she could order us one. She said no, there are none anywhere in our district. Then hung up on him. He then called Lowe’s and asked. They said none were in stock but could order us one that would be here in a week. Where do you think we will shop for our appliances and other merchandise in the future?

We purchased our Samsung washer at Home Depot and also purchased the extended warranty to go along with it. Our washer broke on March 5 2020 it is now April 7th 2020 and we’re still stuck without a working washer. We have now had a serviceman come out to try and fix it 3 times with no progress with an additional 4th appointment that was a no show. I’m now being told they aren’t sure why the serviceman hasn’t been able to fix it, but under their policy they will not replace it. We’re a family of 5 with 3 children ranging from... read more

I walked this entire store twice yesterday and once today without a single employee assisting me or even acknowledging my existence. Most of them on their phones or too busy BS’ing with their coworkers. Don’t worry guys, I found what needed. Finally.

Jasmine at the service desk was absolutely wonderful! She helped us for over an hour trying to figure out what was wrong with the job box we purchased. She is the definition of how customer service should be.
