We were just treated poorly at the Williston, VT Home Depot. The one star is just because I had to choose at least one to leave a review at all. My father-in-law is an Air Force veteran and gets 10% off at all the other Home Depots he's ever been to. The woman at the checkout told him his card wasn't the right kind. He said he uses it all the time where he lives, and this is the card he was given. The woman opened her official manual and said this is what your card is supposed to look like. Home depot needs to improve their home delivery system in Vermont. Better communications, updates on status, and a more reliable carrier service. Spirit Logistics, the Vermont warehouse, created a 7 day delay with no updates throughout the week. On the day of delivery the truck was 5 hours late. Delivery personnel used hand truck on the wrong side of the fridge, bending coils.
