very disappointed and upset that the appliance delivery I was told was happening today did not happen. it was supposed to be yesterday, rescheduled for today because of the weather, I get that, but then not to show or call today is unacceptable. so for two days I haven't had the use of a stove because I moved it out of the way as they requested. I am about to request a refund of the money I paid on January 11!!!!! what don't I recommend? your delivery service!!!!
The staff is wonderful! They greet me by name and are always willing to help me. I've taken the free classes they offer and have loved them! The staff now asks me what project I just finished and what the next one I'm buying supplies is for. I can even bring in my plans for a project and they help me figure out how to change the sizes and ideas on how to improve the design. I have found them to be a wealth of knowledge, support, and encouragement.
I ordered appliances from them during the black Friday sale. Long story short the range was backordered and I was told I had to wait 3 months. after stopping up there in speaking to Doug the manager I received a phone call stating they upgraded my motto and it will be delivered immediately. great customer service goes a long way. thank you Doug
Horrible customer service. Ordered a sink online, and it was delivered broken. Brought it back to the Williston location, and was told they couldn’t return it because I didn’t bring all the items in the order. I explained to the woman I live an hour away, and only wanted a replacement sink. She told me there was nothing she could do, and I would have to return to the store with all the items from the order. When I asked if I could leave the sink there while I went home, she told me no, that they “didn’t have enough room”. Wh... read more
Placed an online order for same day pick up, and it took them close to 3 hours to get my small simple order. While I stood there, a lady ordered something and it took them 10 minutes to complete her order. I would have been better off getting it myself or going to the competitor.
I went to home depot to get tile for my bath room ,kitchen and dining room them lazy fucks wouldnt help me with anything...i even asked for help to find what i was looking for and to move something that was in the way of the tile i had liked. No one would help so i got sick of waiting and just left the store .you will never get my business again..so i went to Lowe's on Shelburne rd and they helped me with everything i needed ...thank you Lowe's . ..
Great store, super friendly staff. Ron in appliances was awesome when we ordered our washer and dryer...BUT YOU HAVE GOT TO CONTRACT A NEW DELIVERY SERVICE. We're going on 3 weeks now without said washer and dryer because the delivery guys showed up a FULL HOUR early before the appointed window, refused to wait even 15 minutes and then LIED about it saying we told them we wouldn't be home for hours. Now they're suddenly two hours away and unable to come back for another week...even though they claim to have been at our house... read more
What a difference a store makes! I left Lowe's this morning in tears because i thought i would never get any help with my kitchen project. We went into Home Depot after canceling our fridge at Lowe's to simply order a new fridge. We were greeted at the door and directed to the appliance center. Then in the appliance center the lady came up to us to see if she could find what we needed. The fridge is scheduled to come in 3 days before Lowe's would of delivered it. waited about an hour for someone to give me info on a grill and the staff I got didn't know nothing, then the guy who helped me get the grill left when he said he'll wait to help me load it Nice grill poor service Williston ,Vt location
