Horrible customer service. Ordered a sink online, and it was delivered broken. Brought it back to the Williston location, and was told they couldn’t return it because I didn’t bring all the items in the order. I explained to the woman I live an hour away, and only wanted a replacement sink. She told me there was nothing she could do, and I would have to return to the store with all the items from the order. Had fantastic service. Went in feeling lost and confused. Ron from plumbing first assisted me. He was fantastic. Then Mike took over because we needed help with glass shower doors. Mike took my up to get everything ordered and ready to be delivered. Penny assisted me. So helpful. All three need a raise.

I went to home depot to get tile for my bath room ,kitchen and dining room them lazy fucks wouldnt help me with anything...i even asked for help to find what i was looking for and to move something that was in the way of the tile i had liked. No one would help so i got sick of waiting and just left the store .you will never get my business again..so i went to Lowe's on Shelburne rd and they helped me with everything i needed ...thank you Lowe's . ..

waited about an hour for someone to give me info on a grill and the staff I got didn't know nothing, then the guy who helped me get the grill left when he said he'll wait to help me load it Nice grill poor service Williston ,Vt location

i had some unconventional requests and for the most part did not even know the names of the things i was looking for, but i was helped by several amazing employees who personally led me around the store to find exactly what i need and make great suggestions! i'm not sure on their names, but one was an older man (paul?), a younger woman with dyed hair (trisha or tasha maybe?), and an older woman with a very decorated apron with lots of pins and her name painted on in bubble letters. these people made my visit both easy and fu... read more

I have to say I drove here from northern NY and the only reason why I'm giving you two stars is because we were able to buy a front door in stalk. Customer service was absolutely awful, would love to come back because of the product your store has but your employees is keeping me from doing so!
