very disappointed and upset that the appliance delivery I was told was happening today did not happen. it was supposed to be yesterday, rescheduled for today because of the weather, I get that, but then not to show or call today is unacceptable. so for two days I haven't had the use of a stove because I moved it out of the way as they requested. I am about to request a refund of the money I paid on January 11!!!!! what don't I recommend? your delivery service!!!!
Nate, Randy, & Aaron in the lumber department made our day with their amazing customer service today! They had to bring in more pressure treated plywood from outside & they custom cut our plywood to our specifications all with great attitudes!! Lowes employees wouldn't be bothered to cut the plywood how we needed it and didn't have the right fasteners we needed. Officially Home Depot customers for life! We will be happy to drive the extra 15 miles for the wonderful customer service at Home Depot!
we went there this afternoon Feb 8 2020 wife and i looked around washers and dryers for about 15 minutes before 3 employees that were standing there conversating even decided to ask is if we needed anything and then after asking if they had any in stock we were told that maybe we should check Lowes because Home Depot doesn't carry them in stock. LOL ridiculous
The staff is wonderful! They greet me by name and are always willing to help me. I've taken the free classes they offer and have loved them! The staff now asks me what project I just finished and what the next one I'm buying supplies is for. I can even bring in my plans for a project and they help me figure out how to change the sizes and ideas on how to improve the design. I have found them to be a wealth of knowledge, support, and encouragement.
I used to be able to get a Veterans discount but they changed their policy and no longer offer one to all Veterans. It's one thing if they never did but they did. I go to Lowe's now because they do honor our military everyday...
