I ordered appliances from them during the black Friday sale. Long story short the range was backordered and I was told I had to wait 3 months. after stopping up there in speaking to Doug the manager I received a phone call stating they upgraded my motto and it will be delivered immediately. great customer service goes a long way. thank you Doug
We were just treated poorly at the Williston, VT Home Depot. The one star is just because I had to choose at least one to leave a review at all. My father-in-law is an Air Force veteran and gets 10% off at all the other Home Depots he's ever been to. The woman at the checkout told him his card wasn't the right kind. He said he uses it all the time where he lives, and this is the card he was given. The woman opened her official manual and said this is what your card is supposed to look like.
