Horrible customer service. Ordered a sink online, and it was delivered broken. Brought it back to the Williston location, and was told they couldn’t return it because I didn’t bring all the items in the order. I explained to the woman I live an hour away, and only wanted a replacement sink. She told me there was nothing she could do, and I would have to return to the store with all the items from the order. I went to home depot to get tile for my bath room ,kitchen and dining room them lazy fucks wouldnt help me with anything...i even asked for help to find what i was looking for and to move something that was in the way of the tile i had liked. No one would help so i got sick of waiting and just left the store .you will never get my business again..so i went to Lowe's on Shelburne rd and they helped me with everything i needed ...thank you Lowe's . ..
Great store, super friendly staff. Ron in appliances was awesome when we ordered our washer and dryer...BUT YOU HAVE GOT TO CONTRACT A NEW DELIVERY SERVICE. We're going on 3 weeks now without said washer and dryer because the delivery guys showed up a FULL HOUR early before the appointed window, refused to wait even 15 minutes and then LIED about it saying we told them we wouldn't be home for hours. Now they're suddenly two hours away and unable to come back for another week...even though they claim to have been at our house... read more
What a difference a store makes! I left Lowe's this morning in tears because i thought i would never get any help with my kitchen project. We went into Home Depot after canceling our fridge at Lowe's to simply order a new fridge. We were greeted at the door and directed to the appliance center. Then in the appliance center the lady came up to us to see if she could find what we needed. The fridge is scheduled to come in 3 days before Lowe's would of delivered it. waited about an hour for someone to give me info on a grill and the staff I got didn't know nothing, then the guy who helped me get the grill left when he said he'll wait to help me load it Nice grill poor service Williston ,Vt location
i had some unconventional requests and for the most part did not even know the names of the things i was looking for, but i was helped by several amazing employees who personally led me around the store to find exactly what i need and make great suggestions! i'm not sure on their names, but one was an older man (paul?), a younger woman with dyed hair (trisha or tasha maybe?), and an older woman with a very decorated apron with lots of pins and her name painted on in bubble letters. these people made my visit both easy and fu... read more
Military people should not go there...if you didn't retire from the military or if you are not active duty you do not get a military discount. The assistant store manager told me this. So if you served and left and didn't retire then you don't count, your service doesn't count, your DD214 is worthless to them. Wait until I call corporate. And I was insulted and embarrassed at the check out counter. I left over $500 in merchandise and walked out.
I cannot thank the managers, Greg and April, enough. I'm from out of the area, delivering a load and needed a place to park for the night as I deliver just up the road from the store. I personally walked in to thank Greg and April. It's people like you that honestly helps me perform my job at a high level as a truck driver. THANK YOU!!!
