Their delivery people are causing a bad reputation for home depot. Recently I bought a brand-new washer and dryer and the delivery people actually forgot to take out the users manual and in doing so basically ruined the washing machine when they gave it a trial run! They left my house and never mention this problem , I had to have them come back and re-deliver a new washing machine, the whole thing took over two weeks. Bought new stove/range. Either stove defective or not installed properly. Range turned itself on and burst into flames while we were sleeping. I've been trying to call Home Depot all morning but can't get past phone prompts. Time to call local news team.
YOU HAD TO GET RID OF XENA? Who exactly was she bothering? She was the only reason I shopped at that store. I want an answer, I feel like I deserve one.
